Eligibility for this visa applies to executives and/or managers who have held such a leadership position for at least one year within the last three years. These individuals will be transferred from the foreign company to a subsidiary, affiliate, or branch in the United States for a specified period. The employee must be an executive, manager, or a person with specialized knowledge with one year or more of experience with the foreign company abroad.
